Located in Westlake Village, we are fully licensed, insured and bonded general construction contractors specializing in high end custom residential properties. We offer services from design, structural coordination, project logistics and planning to full time project management and budget over site. We have had the unique opportunity to have been employed by many high profile celebrities and leaders of industry where discretion and confidentiality was essential. I have had the pleasure to work directly with contemporary architects Barry Wood and Reggie Hernandez on an exclusive HGTV project completed in 2006. Working alongside of innovative designers, architects and engineers has resulted in creating design forward projects. We are highly experienced in green design and implementation ranging from solar and low consumption illumination to v.o.c. free materials. Our budgets are competitive, our project execution is timely and our practices are structured and solid, resulting in a high percentage of repeat clients.
